Now that Blind Date at the Dairy and Trophy Cup are over, where do you get your mid-week cyclocross-specific intensity? At C-Velo Cycling Performance, run by Chris Bagg Coaching Group. This short, six-week series will give you the CX-appropriate workouts necessary for maintaining fitness during 'cross season from mid-October though OBRA Championships. The series runs from October 12th through November 16th, and will keep you sharp for all the Cross Crusade races.

Class is Thursday evenings, October 12th through November 16th at 7 pm.

If you're not into 'cross, fear not! These classes are focused on threshold intensity, and criss-cross your threshold power, making them ideal for maintaining your cycling fitness during the triathlon or cycling off-season.
