Twelve-Week Winter Cycling Series at C-Velo Cycling

The Winter Cycling Series is back! Use the class that has propelled many local cyclists to great early-season cycling results. Using a mix of our CBCG approach with the tried-and-true methods at Rick Cady’s C-Velo Performance Cycling, we’ll push your winter cycling abilities to new heights while the weather is bad. Portland is a tough city to get a lot of volume in the winter time, so our approach has been to work on intensity throughout the winter, and then build volume during the spring ahead of race season. This class will help you build your speed on the bike, whether you are a cyclist or triathlete.

Class is Thursday evenings, November 29th through Ferbruary 14th at 7 pm. The series is 12 weeks long.
