Twelve-Week Spring Cycling Series at C-Velo Cycling

The Spring Cycling Series is back! Building on the base of intensity we built throughout the winter (focusing on tempo, sweet-spot, threshold, and VO2-ranges), the spring series will build your abilities to new heights through hitting even higher intensities, while maintaining the base you’ve already established. You will exit the series in early May, primed and ready for your summertime of racing, either in triathlons, road races, or gravel events.

Class is Thursday evenings, February 21st through May 9th at 7 pm. The series is 12 weeks long.
