12-week Winter Cycling Development Class at C-Velo Performance Cycling

Get prepared for your 2018 cycling or triathlon season by attending our winter cycling threshold development series. This 12-week class will raise your threshold power (FTP) by focusing on aerobic, tempo, threshold, and VO2 max intensities. The first four weeks will get you re-acquainted with indoor intensity as you have probably (we hope) just finished up your off-season. The following eight weeks will really push your fitness to new heights.

Class runs 12 sessions, from December 7th, 2017 to February 22nd, 2018. Each class is held at 7 pm on Thursday evening. In case of inclement weather, we have rescheduled classes in the past.
