Caitlin Hudson


Growing up in New York, Caitlin was an All-American high school runner and continued her love of running (from 800s to the trails) on the Cross Country and Track teams at Yale. Her mission as a coach is to show runners how the pursuit of a big, scary athletic goal can enrich all elements of their life. She will bring clarity to the myths of healthy eating and recovery practices to empower athletes to take charge of their training and life. Her professional background is as an educator in elementary and high schools, so as a coach she is an educator first - guiding athletes to better understand themselves, their lives, and their training.


I take into account your training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, stress, and life responsibilities as we chart a path together to reach your goal. I believe in the power of varying movement, optimizing recovery, developing a loving relationship with food and fueling, and letting training help you live more mindfully. I do not follow any one method of training, because I know each athlete responds to a unique approach. I take inspiration from varied sources, most notably:
